Our investment process starts from an agnostic viewpoint, looking at assets in all sectors, and all regions of the UK. Asset selection and approach is based on looking at more than just the numbers: we consider the location, the market cycle, and the individual needs of the property and local area. This analysis is exhaustive, and involves increasing scrutiny at each stage: generally we take forward less than 1% of the opportunities that we review.
Having decided to move forward, we then choose the best possible partners for each project. The project team works creatively and collaboratively with local stakeholders to deliver rejuvenated properties that provide long-term benefit to tenants, investors, and the community.
